GRIE (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website www.griebags.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect and why

Orders. When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it: your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. We use this data solely to fulfil your order, arrange delivery, and communicate with you about it.

Payments. Payments are processed by MonoPay (Universal Bank / Monobank, Ukraine). Your card details are entered on MonoPay’s secure payment page and are handled by them — we do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number. MonoPay processes this data as an independent payment provider under its own privacy terms.

Delivery. To deliver your order we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with the carrier you choose or that applies to your order: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or, for international shipments, Meest or a comparable international courier. They process this data only to complete delivery.

Contact. If you contact us by email, we keep your message and contact details to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to function correctly and to understand how visitors use it.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the performance of our content and advertising and to understand how visitors arrive at our site. This tool may set cookies and share certain data with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.

Embedded content. Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos or images from other websites). Embedded content behaves as if you had visited the other website directly, and those sites may collect data about you and set their own cookies.

We keep order and transaction data for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations under Ukrainian law. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

We share personal data only with the service providers described above — our payment processor (MonoPay) and delivery carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest) — and only to the extent needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

We are based in Ukraine. If you order from within the European Union or elsewhere, your data will be processed in Ukraine and by the service providers named above. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely wherever it is processed.
