Order:
Currently we have two types of items depending on their availability:- Stock item will be shipped to you within 5 business days. – In case you place a Pre-Order we need up to 22 business days to produce your hat.
Orders processing time:
We process and ship orders from Monday 10:00 (EEST) to Friday 18:00 (EEST) We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Ukrainian bank holidays.
Taxes and duties
Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country’s legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges.
Delivery:
All orders are shipped from Ukraine with Nova Poshta Global + UPS or National Post (Ukrposhta). Shipping cost depends on the country and the shipping service; delivery time depends on destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a waybill number to track your order..

Payment:
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with an Order Confirmation and expected date of shipment. If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to contact us on griebags@gmail.com.
Return:
For Return and Exchange we accept products of good quality within 14 days from the date of order receipt . In order to return or exchange the goods, make sure following conditions are met: the products were not in use, original appearance of goods is intact. In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, please send photos of the product from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box.
Please note: All return deliveries are made at customer’s expense. If the quality of the bag or accessories will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

Refund is completed to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods after the return delivery. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
