Currently, we have two types of items depending on their availability:
In Stock: Ships within 5 business days.
Pre-Order: Production time is up to 14 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday 10:00 (EEST) to Friday 18:00 (EEST). Shipping is unavailable on weekends and Ukrainian holidays.
Taxes and Duties
Prices exclude international taxes and customs fees. Orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid, meaning any local taxes or duties may apply upon delivery.
Delivery
We ship from Ukraine using Nova Poshta Global + UPS or National Post (Ukrposhta). Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and chosen service. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping with multiple delivery options available at checkout. We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with shipment details once your order is placed. For any questions, please contact us at griebags@gmail.com.
Return and Exchange
Items in original, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Send photos or a video of the item for quality verification. Pack returns in a hard shipping box.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If quality standards aren’t met, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
