You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to griebags.com.
Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.

Griebags.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.
Griebags.com is registered with Cybertrust as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private between your web browser and our web server.
If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to griebags.com.

Returning your purchase

Exchanging and returns
Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.
You have 28 days from receiving your order to:
- Create your exchange or return in your NET‑A‑PORTER account
- Book your complimentary collection with DHL Express
- Send your purchase back to us
Items must be returned to us unused with all NET‑A‑PORTER tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Need A Different Size?
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase, although if you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties are applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
Warranty Service
GRIE bags have a 12-month warranty starting from the moment of purchase made on our website or from official representatives. It means that at any time after purchase you can contact us with a question regarding your GRIE and we will do everything necessary to get your GRIE to its original state. To confirm if the guarantee is valid, you must provide a purchase document (invoice, check). In some cases, the guarantee would be valid without additional documents.
The brand guarantee offers free repair or restoration of the item. In the unlikely event that repair is not possible, we will replace your sacvoyage with a new one (or a similar model). In the absence of a substitute, you can choose any other with the appropriate price recalculation. Return and delivery in this case are free of charge.
Out-of-warranty Service
You can contact us even after the warranty period. If necessary, we will restore, repaint, clean your sacvoyage inside and out. We’ll mask scratches and do everything to return the bag to its original state. In the case of post-warranty service, you will need to pay for the materials used, work, and shipping.
Exceptions That Are Not Warranty Cases
Defects occurred not by the GRIE brand fault, but as a result of mechanical shocks, improper storage, careless maintenance, high load, improper use of the item, subjecting the bag to very low/high temperature, solvents, acids, or water.
Natural changes in leather during its use – abrasions, scratches, changes in the shape of a bag. Slight changes in leather uniformity, small wrinkles, and small scratches on the fittings, that do not downgrade the appearance of the product, as well as abrasions and cracks on the surface, that are part of the design.
If leather got tainted by the pigment from clothing items.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to sacvoyages that have been sold with a discount due to defects. We are notifying clients about such defects prior to the purchase.”
